MW1050YA AUTOMATIC DIE CUTTING MACHINE WITH STRIPPING
Features:
1. With the design concept of "human-oriented", MW1050YA series adopt virtual design and manufacturing technology and have ergonomics shape. They can be divided into three types: single-cut , stripping and overall stripping.
2. Frequency control is adopted for mainframe, and PLC controls overall machine's running. Touch screen with diagnostic monitoring function is used for man-machine conversation and faults reminding.
3. Reinforced wall panels, substrate and movable platform can guarantee the working pressure and durability of the machine.
4. The 4-lift and 4-feed swinging mode feeding way was adopted by the feeder to meet the high-speed operation requirement; The new concepted gripper bar chains and gripper bar driver are controlled by imported intermittent chamber and torque safety clutch to ensure the gripper bar running smoothly and accurate positioning.
5. The die cutting board frame center line positioning , push-pull integration side relay and synchronous belt intermittent drive equipments greatly improved the work efficiency.
6. Non-stop paper delivering mechanism and angel adjustable overall delivering brush are used to ensure the fast and high-speed delivering.
7. Three-frame-stripping set makes the stripping operation more efficiently. Stripping template center positioning and simplified the template positioning process can effectively reduce the auxiliary time.
There are original MABEG feeder, pre-piling equipment, 4+1 die cutting plate, pre-stripping platform, oil cooling device and inserting equipment for your option.
