APPLICATIONS:
Excel C-106ER is a high speed die cutting machine with stripping and blanking function. It is allows customer to have final die cutted box blanks in one pass easily.
MAIN FEATURES:
1.Intelligent feeder gives perfect sheet feeding whatever thin or thick paper sheets. It functions smoothly at high speed.
2.Precise gripper bar locking system gives highly accurate register, impression and delivery.
3.The segment gear index system assures smooth transportation to each sheet at high speed and also decrease impact of itself to the whole machine to extend machine life greatly.
4.Center line system guarantee fast and precise positioning of all the tools-steel rule die, stripping and blanking separation tools, delivers quick machine set-up and cuts down-time.
5. The stripping unit is designed to remove even the smallest pieces of waste. Using dedicated or universal tooling, the station is up and running in no time, delivering outstanding performance and quality, whatever the job is. Quick-lock system provides fast and easy makre-ready.
6. The blanking station delivers both blank sheets and full sheets precisely. Funtions such as continuous pilin lowering and automatic sheet insert to ensure perfect piling.
7. Optional automatic delivery pile transfer realize automatic transfer between empty and loaded pallets at delivery. This reduce labor intervention and give full automation.
