Semi-automatic chain paper feed and side check plate positioning to ensure accurate paper feeding.
Auto count device to correctly control production volume.
Printing unit:
Options for standard configuration metal Anilox Roller with 200,220.
Manual adjusting phase ,dial showing. ( options for electronic adjustment and digital display)
Electric separating .Pneumatic locking
Separation and closing location device to ensure every unit not to change the relative position when they separate or close .
The Inker automatically breaks away from surface to protect printing plate from damage in case of mechanical shutdown.
Self-absorb ink-supplying device, net grain roller voluntary rolling equipment to prevent ink drying and clean automatically.
Axial adjustment ±8mm.
The height of printing net-grain roller adjusting synchronously. Printing roller can be options for plate-hanging device.
The whole machine:
The transmitting gear adopts international standard 45# steel high -precision processing;The above printing unit and slotting unit's lubricating system is adopted the type of spraying self-lubrication structure. The whole machine adopts lubricate balance structure.
