Adopt America SUN automatic group lead edge feeding paper system and colorful master single scraping knife system
Adopt computer control to storage order , changing order operation is convenient and quick. The machine adopts PLC touching screen to control , convenient and reliable.
* All transmission gears and rollers adopt high quality steel. with heat treatment (or hard chromed) and fine grinding.
* Each unit of the machine keep ringing during traveling , each unit install emergency switch to ensure workers safety when enter into machine to operate machine
* Oil automatic balancing device.
* Automatically zero and adjust edition , wipe edition memory function.
* All gaps adjustment adopt self-locking mechanism , the adjustment is more convenient , accurate and eliable.
* The machine adopts standard design , all the edition , mould , consumable , easy broken parts , standard components adopt international standard , it is easy to purchase.
Feeding department
1. Adopt the feeding technique of Sun company in USA , it can feed the paper continuously orby partition with the counting device.
2. The lead edge feeder system adopts the fre quency conversion adjusting the speed and the vacuum absorbing . The wind pressure and the amount of the wind could adjust.
3. The main motor adopts the frequency conversion adjusting speed motor and the speed adjustment is precise and steady with saving energy.
4. The side baffle adopts the pneumatic patting paper.
5. The main motor starting protective device , if the machine has not been locked the main motor could not start.
6. The paperboard adopts the brush and air blower to clear the dust on the paperboard
7. It adopts the two- rollers design and the feeding roller quick changing device
Printing unit
1. Adopt the ceramic anilox roller with high precision and long using life.
2. The anilox roller adopts the clutch structure , as this unit drops out the printing , it will separate with the main drive in order to decrease the anilox roller , rubber roller , scraping knife unnecessary wear
and extend the using life.
3. Adopt American SUN company colorful master scraping knife system , the printing effect is more clear and perfect.
4. The rubber roller adopts two ink cup structure with less ink and environmental protection .
5. The quick changing structure of rubber roller and anilox roller are much more convenient and shortcut.
6. Both the rubber roller and anilox roller adopt definite proportion drive and this structure decreases the wear.
7. The printing roller lateral movement adopts electric adjustment and the adjusting range is ±10mm
8. The printing roller hang version function adopts two ends locking device so the version counterpoint is much precise.
9. The leading paper roller possesses the quick move and self lock fixed position fuction.
10. The printing phase adopts computer and electric digital control.
Slotting unit
- The box height adopts inner gear drive so the box is not easy influenced by the lubrication oil.
- The slotting knife seat lateral movement adopts line bearing with soft and flexible movement.
- The slotting phase and box height adopt computer and electric digital control.
- Pre-press , press line wheels and the lateral movement adopt computer and electric digital control.
- Elastic corner cutting knife, three to five layer board without adjusting.
Die cutting
1. Die cutting phase adopts computer and electric digital control.
2. Cutter mould roller lateral movement adopts electric adjustment and the adjustment range is ± 10 mm.
3. The clearance between the rubber roller and cutter mould roller adopts electric adjustment.
4. The rubber roller speed adopts frequency control and independent motor drive.
5. The rubber roller is equipped with the maintain knife to make sure the surface is even .
6. The rubber roller could move circularly within ±25mm laterally.
Carton box stacker
1, Frequency conversion motor drive.
2. Pneumatic patting paper device.
3. It is equipped with the safety device in case of the sudden fall to insure the safety of the operator.
4. The tension of the taking paper belt adopts independent adjustment device.
