1. Technical data for Medium Voltage XLPE Insulated Armored Electric Power Cable:
Rated voltage: 6/10kV, 8.7/10kV, 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV, 21/35kV, 26/35kV
Maximum Conductor Temperature: under normal (90°C), emergency (130°C) or short circuit no more than 5 s (250°C) conditions.
Min. Ambient Temp. 0°C, after installation and only when cable is in a fixed position
Min. Bending Radius: 20 x cable O.D for single-core non-armoured cables
15 x cable O.D for single-core armoured cables
15 x cable O.D for multi-core non-armoured cables
12 x cable O.D for multi-core armoured cables
2. Performance Characteristics of Medium Voltage XLPE Insulated Armored Electric Power Cable:
1).The long-time working temperature of conductor of PVC insulated control cable is 70°C.
The long-time working temperature of conductor of XLPE insulated control cable is 90°C.
2).During short circuit(max permanent time is not more than 5 seconds),the max temperature
of cable conductor is not more than 160C.
3).Ambient temperature is not lower than 0 °C.
4).it's minium bending when cable is installed.

Used for power transmission and distribution line with voltage rated at 35kV and below.Compared with PVC Insulated Power Cable, xlpe power cable boasts not only characteristics of excellent electricity, mechanism, heat and aging-resistant, environment stress-resistant and chemical corrosion-resistant, but also simple structure, light weight, no restriction by laying drop, and high temperature allowance for long-term working.

1). Raw Material: Copper, Aluminium, PVC, PE and XLPE granules and all other materials for producing cables are all inspected carefully automatically. Only the qualified will be applied into cable production, the disqualified will be rejected.
2). Production Procedure: Cables in Yiteng are produced by advanced cable production machines.
3). Testing: Cables in Yiteng will not be packed until they are tested totally qualified. Cable Testing Machines includes Online Core Shift Detection Device, Tension Tester, Aging Test Chamber, Experimental Apparatus of Combustion, Insulation Resistance Tester and etc…
4). Package and Shippment:
