Palmtec is a rugged, light weight Hand held portable computer that runs on 32 Bit ARM Micro-Controllers and the various models weighs between 400 – 500 Grams.

1. Palmtec Amphibia is very rugged, light weight with about 400 Grams and suitable for the rough environments. It consists of a 30 Key keypad, Graphic LCD, In Built Thermal Printer, Higher End 32 Bit Microcontroller, USB interface and runs on Rechargeable Battery.
2. Palmtec Plutonia very rugged, light weight with about 550 Grams and suitable for the rough environments. It consists of a 30 Key keypad, Graphic LCD, In Built Dot Matrix Printer, Higher End  32 Bit Microcontroller, USB interface and runs on Rechargeable Batter
3. Palmtec Amphibia - C3r is a Handheld Portable Micro Computer with in Built Printer, LCD and Keypad and a Billing Software for Sales Management.
4. IPrintMarvel-Series are very small, rugged USB & Bluetooth enabled 24 /32 Column mini printer that is suitable for all types of environment. This is designed with a small footprint and comes in an aesthetic plastic enclosure.iPrintMarvel works on Dot Matrix / Thermal Printing Technology.
5. Palmtec DataCol is a hand-held computer It is very rugged, light weight with about 250 - 400 Grams and suitable for the rough environments. It consists of Key keypad, Graphic LCD, Basic & In Built Scanner / BIOMETRIC MODULE etc, Higher End 32 Bit Microcontroller, USB and runs on Battery.

REQUIREMENT OF THE HANDHELD PRODUCT

1. Help in Field Automation which includes a handheld device with standard Software in Computer and handheld product
2. Accurate Data collection based on the prescribed application and processing the same.
3. Generation of bill or Receipt based on payment collection from customer and updating or transferring the information/data on the spot to server through GPRS facility.
4. Avoid reentering manually the data / information of bill or receipt in to computer for record keeping.
5. Report Generation both from Machine side and P.C side for documentation
6. Online monitoring the up to date status of Payment Collection by agent during field Automation.
