Model TCJ650 4-Shaft Vacuum Extruder is a patented product with latest technology, the maximum extrusion more than 130kg/cm3. We are the only one manufacure which be enquipped with the technology for making this machine in China
The machine is mainly used to produce large size exterior tile, external tile,outside tiles,curtain walls such as terracotta panel, it is also available for extruding other ceramic productions such as thin board,hollow board.
The machine is equipped with vacuum pump to removes the air from the clay, improve the plastic and elastic of clay. The R. P. M of mixing auger and extruding auger is driven by variable frequency variable speed motor respectively, the R. P. M is adjustable per your production's requirement.
