SZB1050S Sheet-feeding Paper Bag Making Machine
This machine is designed to manufacture square bottom paper bags with handles from sheet paper in blank or printed. Combined with a handle making machine, handle making, handle application, bag mouth folding, side gluing, tube forming, bottom impressing, bottom gluing, bottom forming and final product collection can be completed within a fully automatic process. It is an ideal equipment for making paper bags for foodstuff bags, shopping bags and so on, and can produce paper bags of different sizes.
Features:
1. Paper Handle feeding system: Advanced concept of mechanical design, mechanical automatic tension adjustment, automatic adjusting paper handle position.
2. Paper Handle forming system: hyperbolic rocker mechanism, with the America ‘Nordson’’ hot melt glue box, computer control spray adhesive length and position, automatic slitting system.
3. Feeding system: Enhanced pre-stack paper system, realize non-stop paper feeding, greatly save the time of paper stacking and adjusting.
4. Front and side aligning system: According the aligning system, each paper can precision positioning, make sure mass production consistency.
5. Opening edge cutting system: Can adjust the cutting position on line, make a good foundation for the paper handle paste.
6. Reinforced cardboard gluing system: Can divide into conditions: Manually and automatic. Unified control by center computer, make sure uniform gluing, avoid no glue and much glue.
7. Top folding system: Control by machine’s cam, to finish top fold, Improve the paper making process efficiency.
8. Automatic side gluing system: Proprietary technology, can automatic gluing, uniform and steady.
9. Automatic tube forming and gusset forming system: Can automatic forming bag tube.
10. Automatic die cutting and hole punching system: Can automatic creasing and punching hole, with these two functions, more convenience.
11. Automatic bottom sealing system: Use prod gripper to seal the bottom, no scrape of bag surface, protect the easy damaged bag surface.
12. Automatic collection system: Can automatic counting, it’s convenience to collect the bags.
