Working principle:

The hammer crusher is mainly based on the impact energy to complete the crushing operation. When hammer type crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed. And the material evenly get into the crushing chamber, high-speed rotary hammer impact and shearing tear material to make the material broken. At the same time,when the size of the material is smaller than the pore size, the material would discharge out of the machine by its own gravity.
