The vertical double-roller sand making machine is a new type of sand making equipment developed by our company and has obtained several technical patents. It is suitable for fine crushing or ultrafine crushing of various ores and rock materials with a compressive strength below 250MPa. The equipment can flexibly adjust the crushing pressure through the air spring driven by the air compressor to achieve different discharge particle sizes and discharge speeds. Working principle:
The main body of the vertical double-roller sand making machine is two rotating rollers with upper and lower pressure. The material is sent into the gap between the two rollers through the conveying equipment. On the one hand, the material is pulled into the gap, and on the other hand, the air spring on the upper part of the roller applies pressure to the upper roller to crush the material in the gap, and finally from the It falls from the back of the roller gap, exits the hopper, and is output by the conveying equipment.
