Design

WUMA WH series parallel shaft and WB series right angle shaft industrial gearboxs are a new design. Their outstanding innovations are shown as below:

1)More sizes with a reduced variety of spare parts.

2)Higher operational reliability combined with increased power capacity.

3)Combination of output shaft and output flange to facilitate assembly of reducers in confined spaces (on request).

Mounting Position

1)WH/WB series gearbox can be supplied with either horizontal or vertical installation.

2)Other mounting positions can be supplied upon customer’s request.

3)Input flange to connect with motor and torque arms are standard configuration

The Characteristics Of Gear Noise

New design concepts have be applied to improve the characteristics of gear noise through following ways:

1)Designing noise-absorbing housing structure

2)Adopt exceptionally large ratio of gear face contact

Thermal Conduction

WH/WB series gearbox does not only have high transmission efficiency, but also has a fine thermal conduction. It is by means of following ways:

1) Enlarge the surface area

2)Applying a large fan and a new type of diversion fan cover.

3)The selection of WUMA gearbox is based on a lower maximum allowed oil temperature. As a result, the operation reliability of equipment will be increased and the cost of maintenace will be reduced due to longer oil changing cycle.
