introduction:

Drying is a process of reduce the moisture in the wet raw material to a certain degree.

To get the superior quality of biomas briquettes with high density ,it is necessary to control the moisture of material at 8-12% exactly.

The selection of drying plant modles depends on the original moisture content of raw materials.If the moisture content of your raw material is above 40%, the rotary dryer is your ideal choice.

Application:

Rotary drier is widely used for drying materials in industries like cement, mine, building materials, chemistry, food and fertilizer, etc. This rotary drying machine comes with thermocouples on the feeding and discharging device to control the temperature. Thermometers are also adopted so as to better control the working temperature (generally 350-380°) of the rotary drier.

Structure :

Rotary drier is mainly composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices, transmission device, gear cover, etc. (Optional auxiliary equipment includes combustion chamber, feeder and discharging device, and dust collection equipment). Rotary drier manufactured by us adopts new lifting plate, which is of functions like guiding, current-sharing, and material raising. The materials are raised and evenly drop so that they are in full contact with heat for better drying efficiency. Our rotary drier is designed with the best working conditions, which enables it to save 10-15% of energy and increase 10-15% of productivity compared with common dryers.

working principle:

In this system ,wet raw material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Then the large volum of hot air produced by the fuel furnace mixed with the wet powder in the rotary drum and moved through drying chamber by the power of fan blower.

As the material travels along the rotary drum, it keeps the suspending state together with the fast moving hot air and moisture and is rendered dry at the discharge end .humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.

 Yea, you can use coal, gas, electricity, oil and wind power to heat the dryer machine.

2. How the rotary dryer to work?

The raw material plate is arranged conveniently to allow adjustable angle positions. The material to be dried is inserted to the rotary cylinder through the raw material plate. Hot air flows within the cylinder causing the separation of water from the material by converting it into vapor which is discharged into the atmosphere. At this point, the material becomes dry.
