the machine include the heating parts, carboniztaion parts, cooling parts, purification parts and the controlling parts,
1. heating ( There are three heating chamber, we just need to use the firewood or gas to heating the machine, and when the temperature reach to 250-300degree, just stop to heating and feed the raw material
2. carbonizing ( there are include four carbonizing pipes , we use the screw conveyor to feed the raw material to the pipes1, and the sawdust will be delivery to the tubes under the electrical motor,when the sawdust reach to the end of the pipes1, it will be turn around to the pipes2, when it arrive to the end of pipes 2, and it will turn around topipes3, and so on, after four tubes carbonization, the sawdust will become the charcoal powder
3. in the machine there are two combustible gas reclaiming pipes, and during the carbonization process, the sawdust will be self-ignite in the oxygen-fee condition, and it will produce the inflammable gas,and the gas pipes will be collect the gas and send them to the bottom of the machine for heating the machine again, to finished the carbonization
4. in the back side of the machine, there is one pipes for cooling the hot charcoal powder, so after these pipes ,we will get the finished product ,charcoal powder
5. about the purification system, This system is consisting of purification tank and the exhaust-heated cycle pipe. And Smoking purification tank are used for purify the smoking (can not Burning) and filter the wood tar. The smoking through the purification tank will Become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.
