The new dryer can dry raw materials with any moisture content (such as wood chips, sawdust, bamboo powder, straw chips, mushroom bag chips, grass chips, sugarcane chips, reed chips, crushed materials of various trees and other biomass powders and other dryable powders), and the moisture content of the finished dry material after drying can be adjusted to within 5% moisture content through frequency conversion (such as drying from wood chips with 85% moisture content to dry wood chips with 5% moisture content).

5. Working Principle

· Feeding: Wet materials are fed into the double-layer cylinder through the air-closed device to prevent hot air from directly contacting the materials. · Hot air circulation: The hot air furnace heats the interlayer air and spreads the materials evenly through the lifting plate to improve drying efficiency. · Dust removal and emission: After drying, the materials and exhaust gas are removed by cyclone/bag dust removal, the dust rate is<1%, and the environmental protection standards are met.
