Product Description

1.This machine is used to produce various kinds of one color outsoles for sport shoes, leisure shoes, slippers, sandals, man's and lady's shoes in general, etc.
2.It is suitable for all kinds of thermoplastic raw materials, foaming or non-foaming, such as PVC and TPR.
3.Machine operation is controlled by full automatic computer and PLC. Saving labour and improving productivity.
4.The oil and electric circuit is controlled independently. To reduce the waiting time, produce faster.
5.The injection volume of each station can be setted independently . It can use different moulds at the same time in one machine. It saves the time of mould-change and extends the cooling time.
