FEATURES:
1. This machine is used to produce various kinds of one color outsoles for sport shoes, leisure shoes, slippers, sandals, man's and lady's shoes in general, etc.
2.It can used to inject first model for 1/2/3 color EVA material.
3.It is suitable for all kinds of thermoplastic raw materials, foaming or non-foaming, such as PVC and TPR.
4.Machine operation is controlled by full automatic computer and PLC. Saving labour and improving productivity.
5.The oil and electric circuit is controlled dependently. To reduce the waiting time, producing faster.
6.The injection volume of each station can be setted independently. It can use different moulds at the same machine, It saves time of mould-changing and extends the cooling time.
7.It uses small motor and new technology, saves half electricity than traditional machine.
8.With strong close mold base and lock mold power,which makes perfect quality.
9.Closing mold with two steps control which make no damage to the mold,
materials are injected by two steps pressures.
10.The machine's output is about 180pair/hour.
11.Servo system and auto-opener is selectable to save electricity and labour. (These two items canbe selected by customer).
