1.This machine is suitable for injecting single-color/double-color soles such as TPR,PVC,TPU etc.(Rubber material injection can be selected by customer).
2.Adopting Electrical cabinet integrated and hydraulic systems integration, man-machine interface,display of touch screen, operate easily
3.The barrel temperature controlled with P.I.D,ensuring constant temperature and high quality product
4.The straight-pressure hydraulic system, which is very strong, fast mold-locking system,Mould thickness adjusting automatic.
5.When the moulding cycle is completed, the mould would be open on top, take it out easily.
6.The crane bar clamping mould makes more stable and final products without rough edges.
7.This machine have automatic lubrication system, it can raise the longevity of the machine and reduce the frequency of maintenance.
8.Upside mould plate can turn 90 degree and push the sole out automatically, downside mould plate go out automatically after open mould, insure the product's shape don't be broken, and also reduce working intensity for workers.
9.Automatic compensation for mould thickness and suitable for different size of moulds to enhance production.
10.It has serve motor which can save lots of electric consumption, protecting environment. Servo system is selectable to save electricity. Auto opener is also selectable to save labour.(These two items can be selected by customer.)
