Bottle Mould

We adopt state-of-the art CAD/CAM technologies to design .
We supply all kinds of bottle blowing moulds

We can provide various sizes of plastic blow moulds(5ML ~260L).

Hengxin Mould used 3D design and CNC machining in blowing moulds to ensure smooth and unity of the bottle shape, as well as the commissure, accurate capacity. Mould material adopts American aviation aluminum 7075 and S136 from ASSAB company. Unique cooling system design ensures production rate.

Discussion: mold requirement, price, payment, lead time and etc.

s/c signature: PI, S/C or P/O is acceptable

Product design checking: We check the product design. If some position is not perfect, or can not be done on the mould, we will send customer the report.

Mould design: We make mould design on the basis of confirmed product design, and send to customer for confirmation.

Mould making: We start to make mold after mold design confirmed

Mould testing: Send trial samples and try-out report to customer for confirmation

Mould modification: we do the correction according to the approval by both parties

Delivery: mould, drawing, spare parts and mold cooperation manual will be shipped together.

Mould Details:

l          Cavity, core and Screw neck of steel adopt imported S136 in Sweden, and be heating treatment of hardness up to HRC48-50, all mould base do heat treatment of hardness up to HRC30-35

l          Each cavity self-locks independently and using high precision Japan CNC System.

l          Ensure low decantation & precision of the product.
Each mould spare part be inserted with durable part, which are interchangeable.
