TYPES OF MOLDED FOAM AVAILABLE

Flexible – Provides cushioning. Used in seating and automotive, trucking, industrial, marine, furniture, military, medical, lawn and garden, and sports and recreation applications.

Rigid or structural polyurethane foam – Provides structural support in-vehicle pillars without adding a lot of weight. Rigid polyurethane foam is used in floors and panels in temporary housing structures.

Noise, Vibration, and Harshness dampening acoustic foam (NVH) – Custom-molded acoustic foam prevents squeaks and rattles from reaching the passenger compartment. NVH foam dampens engine and road noise.

Integral Skin (IS) – Integral skin foam is flexible on the inside and tough and resilient on the outside. This makes it perfect for athletic equipment and office chairs. IS is also used for door handles, and grips. 

Energy absorbing foam (EA) – Protects passenger compartments in vehicles from the force of collisions.
