Trade Process
l Project manager inspects mould 2D drawing and sign for approval of all dimensions and tooling workmanship, quality department check the drawing and confirm with stamp.
l Product design in 3D program, If necessary Hengxin offers service for innovative product design with support of moulds flow program, product laboratory test and patent service.
l Steel material tooling and heat treatment according to the listed step on the 2D artwork detail drawing, quality department follow with inspection report.
l Finished mould components, core and cavity, slide parts dimension control, tolence inspection and material HRC hardness checking by quality department according to 2D detail drawing.
l Mould assembling and quality inspection according to 2D mould assembling detail drawing.
l Mould test and product dimension controlling according to 2D product drawing. Quality department make out the mould test report, product quality report, mould quality improvement report or mould quality certification.
Mould Quality Control
For the Q/C of mould, there are 3 steps:
1.Mould Material Q/C
- Mould Steel Checking(Hardness, flaw detection)
- Mould Standard Spare Parts Checking(hardness, size, flaw checking)
2. Mould Making Process Q/C
- design checking (part design, mould design, mould engineering drawing)
- Each part of mould’s size checking after machining according to 2D drawing
- mould testing(check mould running condition)
3.check with customer’s requirement again before mould shipping.

Mould Details:
l Cavity, core and Screw neck of steel adopt imported S136 in Sweden, and be heating treatment of hardness up to HRC48-50, all mould base do heat treatment of hardness up to HRC30-35
l Advanced mould design technology:
l Each cavity self-locks independently and using high precision Japan CNC System.
l Ensure low decantation & precision of the product.
Each mould spare part be inserted with durable part, which are interchangeable.
l In order to improve and achieve high production efficiency, we always design the best cooling system and can match a cooling machine for each mould.
l Advanced & accurate valve hot runner & temperature controller, ensure reliability of production, and high transparency &brightness of product.
l Mould sliding use copper, Bottle be achieved FOOD SECURITY standard, and mould life guarantee more than 3 million shots.
