Features of Type TL-QDJ-L Its way of working is different from the Type TL-QDJ-A or B without turning, but just conveying straightforward and cut, it is suitable for larger width size of tiles and bricks cutting production. The max length and width of the tiles to be cut can reach to 1200mm and 460mm separately. The main feature of this machine is the extraordinary conveying & cutting mechanism, which perfect designed and made with technique know-how. It needs only 3.75 seconds to go though whole process working, including several steps of clay column being conveyed from the extruder, rough cutting to the length of beforehand fixed (such as L=1300mm), pushing rough-tile column to cutter and then exact cutting to size. It runs smoothly, efficiently and automatically when matched with TL-CXJ vacuum extruder series, it becomes an idea choice in making larger size tiles and bricks. | |
