Features of Type TL-PZJ-AT The Auto Splitting Machine Type TL-PZJ-AT is made for extruded forming and after-fired split tiles of high efficient and auto-splitting process instead of traditional manually splitting process. It has functions of auto-splitting and putting in order. The unique design helps a lot in realizing high efficient production,and its remarkable features bring good performance of the machine reflecting not only in high quality and efficiency but also much lower labor cost. The machine droved by motors and controlled by PLC adjusting different belt conveyors to work synchronously, through whole automatically working process including several steps of conveying tiles, splitting to two parts, conveying tiles forward and auto-laying the two broken tiles in order of same facing up which is conducible to the next checkout and sorting process. The splitting frequency being up to 70 times per minutes means the output of the machine 8 times higher than what traditional manually way does, beside this, the machine also has a wide and flexible working-range for the tiles from 5 to 200 mm of width, and 5 to 300 mm of length, and adjustable thick as users required, and whats more great is the practically negligible breakage forming a contrast with others level of over 5%, the qualified rate of final products is beyond 99.5%. | |
