WZL-900 Continuous microwave vacuum drying machine
Main application:
WZL-900 belt microwave vacuum drying machine used to dry Chinese traditional dipping cream, food, chemistry and other area for easy oxidation, high thickness, high glutinosity liquid material, which fit to the requirements of the big mould factories.
Work principles:
This equipment combined microwave and low temperature vacuum technology, using continuous drying technology, making the microwave can work to the dipping cream directly. The dipping cream produces heat itself, the moisture is taken out and the materials are dried.
Structure features:
This equipment adopted PLC, touching screen control technology, the precise temperature control, and the pressure control technology, which lead the equipment running intelligent, easy to operate, work stably. Through the auto feed-in and feed-out transmitting fixing in the whole drying process to realize continuous working, which make the equipment possessing high output, low energy cost, fast drying, high quality, low investment, easy to control and other features.
