Introduction of Vibration Shaker Table /Vibration Shaking Table
Vibration shaker table is designed to wet gravity-based separation of minerals and other granular materials.
There are many applications where the concentrating table is of particular value and cannot be equaled for economical and efficient performance. They are effective in processing precious and base metal, rare metal and non-metallic minerals.
Vibration Shaker Table
6-S/L-S vibration shaker table is one of the main equipment for gravity classification, which is widely applied in the classification of tungsten, tin, tantalum, columbium and other rare metal and precious metal ore. Shaking table is designed for wet gravity base separation of mineral and other granular materials. It is effective in processing precious and base metal, rare and non-metallic minerals.
Structure of Vibration Shaker Table/Vibration Shaking Table
The vibration shaker table consists of transmission, electromotor, slope adjuster, bed, ore groove, water groove and lubricating system.
1. Transmission
The transmission is of rugged construction and requires minimum maintenance. Its internal mechanism is splash lubricated from an integral oil pump.
2. Decks
The decks are built of 16 mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel frames at the bottom and are easy to clean, requiring little maintenance. The fiberglass decks also have the characteristic of water-resistance and corrosion-resistance.
3. Feed box and water box
A wooden feeding box with hooper and long water box are attached to the iron of deck, feeding evenly.
Vibration Shaking Table/Vibration Shaking Table Working Principle
Jinma Vibration Shaking Table is one of the main mineral processing equipment;it is widely used in sorting tungsten, tin, tantalum and niobium and other rare metals and precious metal ores. It can also be used for sorting iron, manganese ore stone and coal. When dealing with tungsten, tin and other minerals, its effective recovery size is 2-0.02 mm.
6-S Vibration Shaking Table features in good highgrade ore sorting rate, high efficient, easy operation and maintenance, easy stroke adjustment. When change the horizontal slope and stroke, the shaker can still maintain running balance, springs installed compact and stable inside, the final ore concentrate and the final .
