Ball Grinder (Ball Mill) Introduction
Ball grinder applies to grind all kinds of ores and other materials, is widely used in ore upgrading, building materials and chemical industry, etc. It can be divided into dry and wet two grinding ways. According to the different ways of discharging, mill grinder can be divided into grind mill grinder and overflow mill grinder.
Ball Grinder(Ball Mill) Structure
Ball grinder consists of feeding and discharging turning, transmission parts (reducer, gear motor, motor, electronic control), etc. Hollow shaft adopts steel castings and inner liner can be replaced, gyrating big gear adopts casting roll teeth processing, the cylinder body is lined with wear-resisting lining plate, it has good abrasion resistance, smooth operation and working reliable.

Working Principal:
This machine is a horizontal type cylinder rotary device and outside the cylinder there is drive gear which drives the cylinder to rotate during the working process. Materials spirally and evenly go into the first cabin of the grinding machine through the feeding hollow shaft from the feeding device, and inside the first cabin, there are ladder lining boards or ripple lining board in which there are many steel balls with different specifications. The cylinder rotates and produces eccentric force to bring the steel balls to a certain height, and then the steel balls will fall down to impact and grind the materials. After being coarsely ground in the first cabin, the materials will go through the singlelayer partition board and into the secondary cabin in which there are flat lining board, and in the lining board there are steel balls to further grind the materials. Finally the powdery materials will be discharged from the discharging grating bar to complete the powder grinding process.

1.How long is the delivery time of your equipment?
The delivery time is within 30 working days. But when the project is very big and the customers have special requirement on the equipment, the delivery could be extended.
2.How long is the equipment warranty period?
Our equipment warranty period is 1 year. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker’s wrong operation are not included.
3.Can you provide wearing parts?
We have two casting factories that specialize in produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company, please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
