SiMo Pole is used in the high temperature under oxidizing atmospherre .It will form a SiO2 protecting film in its surface for 

preventing its continuing oxidized.When the temperature of element is over1700C ,the SiO2 protecting film is melted.During 

the oxiuizing process,the SiO2 protecting film is formed again ,and the element continues to be used .The SiMo Pole must not

 be used in the temperature between 400C and 700C for long time ,otherwise the element will be cremated under the strong o

xidizing function in the low temperature

2.Now our company supply two types MoSi2 heating elements, one is M1700 type, which ensure max. furnace temperature 

1650C; another is M1800 type, which ensure max. furnace temperature 1700C. When you place order, please choose suit

able type according to your furnace working temperature.
