SQFL - 1700Z Atmosphere mixing furnace with 1700 - type silicon molybdenum rod as heating element, adopted double-shell structure and intelligent temperature control system and phase shift triggered thyristor control. The shell is made of the overall sealing of circulating water, stirring part can automatic lift with adjustable speed, can access a variety of different gases. Can melt in high temperature protective atmosphere under stirring melting.
1. The unique sealing technology to ensure the air tightness of the furnace chamber; can be pre- pumping vacuum, argon, nitrogen and other gases into the furnace cleaning to achieve the purpose of protection of the atmosphere;
2. Melt mixing and freedom movements; Adopted Wilson seal as lift part, keeping weight ensure the process of mixing and lifting free and smooth, jitter-free, and without leakage;
3. Blender adopted pure platinum materials, durable and non-polluting;
4. Furnace chamber adopted imported alumina polycrystalline fibers material, with good insulation properties and energy saving,. Heating elements adopted imported Silicon carbide rod and depending on the atmosphere, plating into a different protective coating,, greatly improving the servicing life;
5. Reserved 485 convert interface, can be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking, history recorder, and output report function. And can be installed the paperless recorder for data storage and output;
6. Over-temperature alarm and power failure, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.
Applies to stir melting in the protective gas atmosphere for light alloy industry and the specialty glass industry.
