Electric heat treatment furnace for laboratory SKGL-1200
Products Introduce:
SKGL-1200 open type tube with resistance wire as heating elements, adopted double shell structure and intelligent program temperature control system, phase trigger, SCR control. Furnace chamber adopted imported polycrystalline alumina fiber material, between the double furnace shell with air cooling system, fast heating and cooling, and can open the lid for rapid cooling. Reasonable structure, beautiful appearance.
Main function and features:
1. Adopted KF quick flange sealing, only need a clamp flange the connection can be done. It is very convenient to put and take the specimen. Avoiding bolt leakage by artificial operation and reduced the ratio of heating tube damaging which caused by installation flanges;
2. Furnace lid can be opened, real-time observation of the heated material, and can rapidly cool to meet the material suddenly cold and hot experiments;
3. Adopt imported polycrystalline fiber vacuum absorption furnace chamber; the resistance wire is used high quality resistance alloy silk 0Cr27Al7Mo2, servicing time more longer. Max temperature can reach 1200°C;
4. Reserved vacuum, gas road fast interface, could working with our vacuum system or mixed gas system;
5. Reserved 485 convert interface, can be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking, history recorder, and output report function. And can be installed the paperless recorder for data storage and output;
6. Built - in thermocouple, real-time monitoring the temperature of the heated material;
7. Cover open automatically power off, over-temperature alarm, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.
Main applications:
Used for universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises to do high temperature sintering
atmosphere, atmosphere restoring, CVD experimental and vacuum annealing.
