Sliding vacuum tube furnace is the development of special graphene growth furnace, also applies to the faster heating and cooling requirements of a CVD experiment. SKGL-1200 furnace using open-type tubular furnace, bottom rail is mounted straight, when growing after the pulling furnace so there is sufficient space to ensure the test sample out of the furnace, to achieve rapid cooling requirements.
Main functions and features:

3, the chamber using imported polycrystalline alumina fiber materials, good insulation properties, durability, high tensile strength, no miscellaneous ball, high purity, significant energy savings over domestic fiber materials, resistance wire made of high quality alloy resistance wire 0Cr27Al7Mo2, durable durable, maximum temperature up to 1200 °C.
4, set aside a vacuum, gas fast interface, coupled with our ministry vacuum systems, gas mixing system;
5, set aside 485 conversion interface, through my department's software, and computer network, enabling single or multiple furnace remote control, real-time tracking, history, output reports and other functions; paperless recording device can be installed, data storage and output.
6, can be built-in thermocouple, real-time monitoring of the heating temperature of the material.
7, open the top cover off automatically, over-temperature alarm and power failure, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.
