Asphalt plant bag house dust filter, effective dust collector system
Bag filter is one of the most important parts of asphalt mixing plant. It is general supporting use of cyclone dust filter (primary dust filter) to collecting cyclone can't collect the very small dust. For there is more and more strict environmental protection requirements, bag filter began to use more widely for asphalt mixing plant. The dust it collected is called “secondary recovery powder”.
Generally, impulse bag house filter is consists of following parts:
1. dust box/ 2. filter bag/ 3.filter bag keel (filter bag framework)/ 4.impulse valve
5.Venturi-tube/ 6.Pulse Controller/ 7.draft fan and pipe/ 8.Dust collection screw conveyor

This series impulse bag filter is a special filter for asphalt mixing plant designed , on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced concepts and technology. It overcomes the problems brought to the bag filter by asphalt plant for its big dust. This series bag filter improved the dust collection efficiency highly, extended the life of the filter bag and expanded the application range. The running process is more stable and efficient.
This series bag filter mainly used for the dust collection system of asphalt mixing plant, crushing machine, grinding machine, dryer, furnace, and so on.
Features:
1. Draft fan designed with special base and electric throttle controller. Depending on the different load and ventilation needs, throttle controller real-time control throttle opening, has reached the optimum removal needs and maximize save power consumption.
2. Bag house dust filter import and export has a temperature detection system, real-time detecting the temperature of bag house dust filter, prevent temperature too low or too high, to avoid the condensation or burner bags condition happened.
3.dust collecting filter input port designed emergency cooling valve, negative pressure testing etc other safety facilities, ensuring the equipment working safety and reliable.
