Pneumatic Forging Hammer is widely used with flat die or special die for various forging works,such as drawing-out, upsetting, punching, chiseling, forging, welding, bending and twisting. It is also used for open die forging bolster dies.
The hammer doesn’t use steam and compressing air,so it doesn’t need to install steam boiler,air compressor and air or steam pipe.Therefore you only need to invest less fund and time for establishing new factory.It is economically used by repair shop and large or small factory.
The Hammer can’t be used for closed forging.Because the strong power would break off the hammer rod while used in closed die forging.
The hammer is operated with operating handle ,that could process six action cycle.----Idle run,lift hammer,press hammer, light hit,wham and single hit,the workpiece must be put on the bottom anvil surface and opposite to the upper hammer die,only this could hit stably the workpiece to the shape you want.
When forging workpiece,you could forge well in one time or several time,but when you change hit speed,you must comply with the rules that using the operating handle to control the hammer die.
