Explosion Proof overhead Crane for coal mining 48t
Single girder LB bridge crane is one of the overhead crane families.Characterized as compact structure, easy to operation and low maintenance, this kind of crane is widely used in plant, warehouse and workshop for material lifting and moving.
Specification:
1. Capacity range: 1-30ton.
2. Span length: 7.5-28.5m
3. Lifting height: 6-24m
4. Electric hoist: CD/MD Model.

6. Power supply:380V/50Hz or as per client's requirement.
Safety feature:
1. Limit switch.
2. Overload stop device for hoisting.
3. Long bearing buffer for crane traveling.
4. Power failure backup.
Single Girder hoist type overhead travelling crane can be divided structurally into three parts as following:
1. Hoisting mechanism: Electric hoist with trolley traveling along the main bridge beam.
2. Crane traveling mechanism: Two end carriages with wheels driven by electric motor.
3. Steel structure: Main bridge beam and two end carriages.
Detailed features of explosion proof overhead crane 48t:
LB (LBD) type explosion-proof electric singlegirder crane is based on the LD type crane, designed and manufactured according to GB3836.1-2000 (explosive environment used explosion-proof electric equipment) and GB3836.2-2000 (explosive environment used electrical equipment, flameproof electrical equipment "d"). This crane has the characteristics of reasonable structure, strong rigidity, beautiful shape, strong explosion-proof ability. The whole machine supports the use with the HB (BCD) HBS (BMD) type explosion-proof electric hoist. This is a kind of light small hoisting machinery. The products are widely used in the factory, warehouse, and other different occasions to lift goods, and are suitable in inflammable, explosive environment. The Work environment temperature within - 25 °C ~ 40 °C.
Four major parts, the bridge, the electric hoist, crane traveling mechanism, and electric equipment.
36 V safe voltage protections.
The whole crane and electric hoist are equipped with safety device, such as the lifting limited switch, the destination travel limit switch.
Operation of the electric hoist and the Crane system adopts the conductive slide or the cable as the electric power transmission device.
