MG-type double-girder hook gantry crane (sometimes also called gantry crane) is a general type of gantry crane equipment that is particularly widely used. Model M means it is a gantry crane, MG means it is a double girder gantry crane, it is often equipped with main and auxiliary hooks, such as 50/10T, 32/5T, etc. The box-shaped double girder welded structure can increase the working space and facilitate transportation and installation and repair cranes.
The trolley adopts flexible cable to conduct electricity, the cart adopts sliding contact wire type, and there are many kinds of cable reels to choose from. The double-girder gantry crane adopts a closed air-conditioned control room with a linkage control table, which has the advantages of flexible operation, high work efficiency, comfortable work and wide vision.(We can design a gantry crane with double trolley for lifting.)
Features:
1. The hook gantry crane adopts a box-shaped double beam welded structure, which increases the working space and facilitates transportation, installation and maintenance.
2. The electric conduction of the trolley adopts a special-shaped rail cable conduction device.
3. Standardization, serialization and generalization of parts and components.
4. The power supply form of the hook gantry crane has two types: cable reel type (divided into left and right ends) and sliding contact line type (divided into left and right ends), which can be selected by users.
5. The driver's cab has a wide field of vision and a built-in linkage console, which is flexible, stable and comfortable to operate. Fans, air heaters, air coolers, air conditioners, walkie-talkies, etc. can also be added according to user requirements.
Choice of power supply:
Sliding line power supply is divided into two types: unipolar sliding line and seamless sliding line. The unipole sliding contact line has a simple structure, low cost, convenient installation and easy maintenance. The installation form often adopts three-phase three-wire or three-phase four-wire system, so that it can withstand a larger current. The conductors of single-pole trolley lines are made of aluminum alloy conductors or copper conductors, which have good electrical conductivity and low resistivity. In addition, the shell is made of high-insulation engineering plastics, in order to prolong the service life of trolley lines and improve the security and assurance.
Features of seamless sliding contact line: safe, stable, no interface (except for the power supply point), small size, easy installation, economical;
1. The seamless sliding contact line is installed without joints, which is simple and time-saving, and the space is small.
2. The seamless sliding contact line is made of special material, with stable operation, high speed and low noise.
3. The installation bending radius of the seamless sliding contact line is small, and the minimum bending radius is 750mm.Cable reels include spring-type and electric cable reels. When the cable reel does not exceed 120 meters or the cable size is within 25 square millimeters, use the spring-type cable reel. Otherwise, choose the electric cable reel.
