1)Hard facing gear reducer
Hardend gear reducer high-strength low-carbon steel is made by carburizing and quenching,tooth surface,high hardness,It is used CNC gear grinding processes,high accuracy and good contacts,high transmission efficiency,smooth operation,low noise;small size,light weight,long life,high carrying capacity;easy dismantling,easy to installing.
2) Planet gear reducer(NGW)
Stable operation,small size,light weight,long life,high carrying capacity;low noise;a power split,with many unique characteristics of meshing
3)ZQ series reducer
1) The roll is made of chilled cast iron with spun casting.The roll face is hard and anti-wear.both the front roll and the back roll are fluted.The internal cavity of the roll is processed to make temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.
2) For XKJ-480,the back roll is peripherally drilled for better cooling and the front&back rolls are supported with roller bearings.
3)The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent the major components from being damaged due to overloading.
4)The machine is also equipped with an emergency device.When an emergent accedent happens,just draw the safety pull-rod,and the machine will stop immediately.it is safe and reliable.
5) The machine is equipped with scraper and wind up unit,which can take the reclaking rubber away from the winding-up roller.
