working process

Feeding systerm:

(1)if the tyre is small,put it into the reactor directly;

(2)if the tyre is big or the material is plastic,cut the big tyre into small part

(3)the length of the belt is 8 to 10meters and the width is 0.8meter,which can 

stretch into the reactor abundantly,

(4)what's more,the belt conveyor is auto feeding ,need less labor force,only 

one person to operate it.

Heating systerm:

(1)the fuel you using for the reactor includes coal ,wood,natural gas or diesel,

(2)when the temperature arrives to 100,water steam can be eliminated by the 

blowoff valve on the gas separator,

(3)when the temperature goes to 200,high purified oil gas comes into being.

Purification systerm: 

(1)gas separetor can make oil gas and impurities separeted, remove the dust 

and slag,speed up the pyrolysis process.

(2)As your request , a hommization design for the oil gas separator, we shall 

equip a negative pressure device.

(3)After gas separator ,the oil gas flows into the depositing tank ,in which the 

oil can be devided into light oil and heavy oil ,the heavy oil can floe into heavy 

oil tank, while the light oil will flow into the cooling systerm.

Cooling systerm:

(1)there are 16 pipes in the cooling pool as s type for a larger cooling area .

which shall be 66 square meters,each pipe is 6 meter without two elbows, 

the  thickness of the pipe is 2~2.5mm with a total length of 96 meters.

(2)After 15 pipe's cooling, light oil flows into the light oil tank, but still remains 

some combustible gas can't be cooled down to oil. It shall be re-deposited through the 16th pipe. 

(3)The final gas will burn the reactor as the recycling fuel through water seal.

Dedusting systerm:

(1)the smoke generated between the furnace and cover shall be attracted 

down to the pool which is full of alkaline solution at a high speed by the 

power of draft fan.

(2)After impact and atomization through 3 baffles, smoke and solution fully 

mixed, solution catches the dust for the purpose if dedusting.

(3)Neutralization happens when the acid gas is mixed with the alkaline liquid, 

for the  purpose of sulfur removel.

(4)The rest smoke will cut into the water film cyclone, cylinder wall forms a 

water membrane by centrifugal force, then dust will be absorbed by the water

 membrane for the second dedusting.

(5)When the smoke flow into the chimney seat ,it will get a third dedusting 

through  a water cleaning tank in the chimney seat.
