QSGC-1000-1200 automatic UV glazing machine
QSGC model UV glazing machine is a high-tech procuct with light, machine,eletricity and gas, QSGC model UV glazing machinecan be used for both thick and thin paper, realizes whole-course automation and adopts belt conveying with high speed and efficiency. The machanical speed adopts variable frequency step less speed regulation and can reach maxumum speed of 60 m/min. QSGC model UV glazing machine has independent space for every working station and it can be assemble bases the client request, so QSGC model UV glazing machine is suitable for being used in large printing enterprise.

c) UV coating unit(with air knife equipment)

- According the thin paper is difficult to be coated, our factory specially research the air-knife equipment, it belongs to selection unit. It makes the range of paper can extent to 80g-600g. the air-knife unit has achieved national patent. the air-knife unit is controlled by two groups electric eyes, when the thin paper get through the coating rotary drum and pression rotary drum, thin paper is very easy to adsorb the rotary drum,and at the moment air-knife unit erupt the gases to make paper break away form the rotary drum. After that the thin paper can be delivered by the conveyor belt smoothly.
