Product Application
UV coating Machine (glazing machine/varnishing machine)is necessary to printing products after fine print . All kinds of paper printed matter treated by this machine are not only improving the smooth finish of surface ,but also dampproof ,dustproof, sunproof and wear-resistant of for the surface of printed matter. especially after UV vanishing Processing. The effect is comparable to laminating, calendering treatment, and no film-droping, curly and back light defect.
Main Features
1. According to the difference of the coating handpiece, the UV coating machine divides into SGA model and SGC model. SGA model can’t equip with the air-knife, it can’t be suitable for the thin paper, only the thickness of paper is more than 200g. but the SGC can equip with the air-knife, it can suitable for the thin paper( 80g- 200g).
2. there are IR drying system and UV drying system, so UV coating machine is suitable for UV oil, dull oil, injection oil , aqueous oiland so on.
3. SGA model UV coating machine can be used together with calendering machine , also can be separately used in glazing,UV vanish and vacuum forming.
4. SGA model UV coating machine adopts stepless speed-adjusting. It has a reasonable structure and is easy to operate.
5. Adopting wire mesh belt, the drive belt has such characteristics as fire prevention, drafty structure and long service life.
6. Reasonable internal structure can effectivey prevent ultraviolet rays from leaking.
7. According to the electric heating design in baking box, the electric heating can be separately used by 20%, 40%, 60%, 100%, with automatic constant temperture.

1.Pre-sales Service
We do not provide samples for the complete machine. In order to support agents and customers, we will give a preferential price for the first few machine. We provide samples for the printing cunsumables, but the freight should be borne by the client.
2.In-sales Service
The delivery cycle of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery cycle of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of payment.
3.After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 12 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and tranining, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
4.If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including costs and freight charges. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide free repair and replacement.
