JKB50 automatic block making machine raw material:
Note: we are responsible for our clients when we choose raw material for our clients,
1. auto oil lubricating system can save labors and it's easy to lubricate extruder's gears and bearings automatically. On the other hand, the lubricating oil can be recycled and to use again, so it can save oils too.
2..For doubles shaft mixer blades, we choose 45 Carbon steel.
3..For roller crusher ,we use high manganese
4.steel.axles, gear and other important spare parts which are made by carbon steel and alloy steel through modulation or quench’s heat treatment procession so as to extend the service life.
5. For hollow brick mould, we use wear resistance ceramic material as core to ensure longer mould service life.
