What's the features of JZ280 solid clay brick machine?
JZ280 series Non-Vacuum solid brick making machine is the earliest and mature product.
It usually takes one motor.It is suitable to the following buyers:
1.Having limited electric power and very limited budget and not much demand for bricks amount
2.In buyers brick market, no much requirements on brick quality
3.Only wants to produce solid bricks (small hole brick is also possible if your raw material is fine enough for above

The difference between non-vacuum and vacuum extruder
1. Non-vacuum extruder usually can only produce solid bricks. . Vacuum brick is extruded out of the vacuum extruder.
And non- vacuum extruder has no extraction equipment, so the brick hardness is not so much as vacuum bricks.
2.Because the vacuum brick is first extracted with air and water , naturally shorter firing time, rapid proto typing. Greatly reducing the production cycle.
