Belt conveyor, combustor, feeding and discharging device, dust collector, etc , the specific matching depend on the customer’s detailed situation .
how about the working principle for the cement rotary dryer ?
The wet material are send to the rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator . Because there is gradient when install the dryer, so when the material feed from the higher side, during the process of drying ,it will slowly move to the lower side . The point i would like to introduce is about the position of the hot source, cocurrent flow and countercurrent in general, in view of the higher moisture of the material, we recommend countercurrent type .
The advantage of this type is can guarantee the dry force evenly, usually suit for the material with higher dry requirements, the combustor is designed at the discharge gate . The hot air/heating medium and wet material with do reverse direction movement, with the function of the lifting board/dispersing flight in the dryer, the wet material will be rise and spread (improving the drying rate) in order to enlarge the surface of contact between hot air and material . Through rotation and move in the dryer, the final dry product will slowly and evenly come out from the discharge gate . Also , the dust collector is included in the limestone rotary dryer , so do not worry the dust pollution or material waste .
