The working principle of the briquetting peat machine
Briquette Machine motor will pass the power on to the two pressure roller through the reducer. The two sides and roller rotation, in both the rotating direction, material fulfill the space between two rollers, with the roller rotation, pressure on material will be bigger and bigger. When the material reach the two rollers rotating line contact point, the pressure reach the peak. After press, the briquette will drop by gravity.

strength and thermal intensity , if you do not need, just neglect the binder .
With dryer or not ?
First, if the raw material is too wet (raw moisture more than 45%), then should dry the wet
material before to be formed ; second, the final briquettes to be dry or not, it’s up to you as well.
If the working place has not much strict requirements to the briquette’s moisture, or the device
can handle the briquette directly, then there can without briquettes mesh belt dryer .
