The permanent drum separator is a kind of most widely and commonly used equipment in the mining industries to eliminate the iron powder for the reuse of powder grain. At present, the types of magnetic separator are various in domestic and abroad, and classification methods are different. It can be divided into dry magnetic separator and wet magnetic separator by the sorting in the ore processing plant.
Permanent Drum Separators Application
The premanent magnetic separator can separate raw materials with different magnetic rigidities. The raw material could be magnetite, magnetic pyrite mine, baking, titanium iron ore material and other materials whose particle sizes are lower than 3mm, while it is also suitable for the deranging for the coal, non-ferrous ore, building materials, and other materials.
Permanent Drum Separator Working Theory
Permanent Drum Separator separate material by different magnetic rigidities. The magnetic is installed in the bottom of the drum. The drum out body will rotary when the machine begin to work. However, the magnetic will not. So when raw material is feed into the separator, magnetic material will goes out from the top. And the non-ferrous material will discharge from the bottom of the separator. Please refer to the Permanent Drum Separatorworking theory drawing. It will help for better understading.
