Operation mode of tooth roll mining stone classification crusher
1.In the primary stage, the feed material undergoes a size reduction between the counter-rotating rolls running inwards inside the center crusher.
2. In the secondary and tertiary crushing stage, the material is crushed between rolls rotating outwards and the crushing comb. In both cases, size reduction is effected by shear and tensile forces, generated by high roll torques at low circumferential speeds.
