brief introduction
As high-performance vacuum extrusion equipment, it is largely used in extrusion forming of various hollow bricks made from coal gangue, shale, coal dust and other industrial slag. It is permitted to be produced with German KWS technology according to German standards and is authorized to use German trademark of GFK. It is the advanced vacuum extrusion equipment in the world as adopting hardened-face gears which are grinded totally in reducers.

Product advantages
1) It's manpower saving for automatic material feeding, automatic pallet conveyance, automatic leading-out and hydraulic molding.
2) The hydraulic elements are from Taiwan ASHUN. Hydraulic press and vibration work together to ensure high strength and high density of the bricks.
3) The machine frame is welded by special thick steel rectangle welding techniques, thus it is strong, durable and can resist vibration. We use the steel produced by Shougang Group, The service life of main machine is more than ten years.
4) It uses arms to connect the lower mould to make it work steadily and synchronously. The forced demolding synchronous structure gives the bricks perfect shape and increase the rate of finished products.
5) There is electric motor in brick conveyor machine, it convey the pallets when the bricks come out, it prevent collisions between pallets and avoid the break of bricks
