The CIP equipment is used to clean in place of material pipe of the industries like products, juice,
beverage and etc. And recipients.
A centrifugal pump is used in CIP to convey cleaning liquid into material pipe and equipment recipients
to force the cleaning liquid to circulate to make cleaning without taking apart pipes or equipment.
The heating of cleaning liquid is made by the human work, when the concentration of the cleaning
liquid cant reach the cleaning concentration, it needs people to add the concentrated acid alkali to
the acid liquid tank and the alkali liquid tank.
When the machine do the cleaning work, the CIP liquid is conveyed by operating the corresponding
pipe valve through the human work.
When the water lacks in the tank, worker should add water into it.
It is quite lowautomatic and needs lot of human labor.
