Description of single facer corrugated machine:
1 Design Speed: 80m/min
2 Effective width: 1400mm-2200mm
3 Corrugated roller:φ280mm
4Fingerless vacuum suction type single facer, the upper and lower corrugated roller made of 48 CrMo alloy steel,
with harted treatment,the hardness is above HRC58o-60°The surface is well treated by grind and plated chrome.
5Upper and lower corrugated roller are unit assemblage, the whole corrugated rollers group can be move and
quick replacement, to change flute type quickly.
6 Glue section are unit assemblage, whole section can be moved by track,save maintenance time.
7Frequency conversion motor as main drive , independent gear box connect with three gimbal axis, Inverter to
make stepless speed regulation for save power, and
to keep one communication connector for production management.
8 Oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise keep running stable, prolong the use life of gear.
9Adopt Glue width motorized dividing to match the paper width. Idle running motor for glue applicator roll to avoid
glue dry.Adjustment for gap between glue roller and
doctor roller by electric or manual are optional, Digital read out
for the gap between glue roll and doctor roll is optional.
10 Adjustment for corrugated roller,pressure roller,and glue roller by pneumatic system.
11 With preheater for liner paper and steam spray device for medium paper.
12 Bearing for corrugated rollers,and pressure roler adopt high-temperature lubricate grease to keep running smoothly and durably.

Features of single facer corrugated machine:
- Fingerless type corrugated single facer machine.
- Cardboard transmission is achieved by the method of vacuum suction, it equipped with high pressure air blower as well as a muffler, with adjustable of air blowing rate, to keep flute profiles stable under high speed.
- All the corrugated rolls, pressure roll, gluing roll are pneumatically controlled, and the air control unit and electrical control unit are concentrated in on cabinet, the operation side is fully enclosed.
- The main structure and frame are made of cast iron, up to the thickness of 120mm, equipped with submerged lubrication system to avoid noise and keep running stable.
- The shafts of corrugated and pressure roll are all heat resisting and lubricated by lubricating grease.
- The corrugated roll is made of 48CrMo alloy steel treated with hardening and tempering, grinding, laser-quenching, the hardness up to HRC58o.
- The pressure roll is made of 45# medium carbon steel, with the treatment of hardening and tempering, grinding and chrome plated, the roll up and down is controlled by cylinder, and equipped with buffer device.
- The gluing roll is treated with grinding, mesh snicked and chrome plated on the surface, while the doctor roll has the same treatment. The glue supplying is controlled by pneumatic.
- The pre-heater is made of seamless steel tube, and connected by flexible metal hose.
Printing section of single facer corrugated machine:
1.Planetary transmission and electrical positioning.360-degree adjustment in both dynamic and static condition.
2.The embossing rollers get apart from printing template oned machine stops.
3. The upper ink roller is equipped with load free system that prevents ink from getting dried when machine is running.
4.Colors of 1 to 4 can be combined easily.
5. Pneumatic siphon ink supply circulation system
Electrical control of single facer corrugated machine:
Electrical control system uses the microcomputer control, realized visual display from the feeding, die cutting, delivery each working state and troubleshooting method. With various safety devices to guarantee machine and human safety. Imported Japan Stepless Inverter-controlled main motor. Efficiency enhancement type high power, low energy consumption, lower noise.
The machine adopts Japan OMRON PLC program control, all kinds of electrical components, the detection switch are used German Siemens, French Schneider and other famous international brands, making the performance more stable and reliable. All electronic components are CE standard.
