1. Product Description
The Complete Gold CIL Production Line is an all-in-one integrated gold beneficiation system that combines full crushing, grinding and leaching circuits in one unified production flow. Different from scattered single equipment that requires tedious matching and debugging, this integrated CIL line covers every essential procedure for gold recovery, including raw ore crushing, fine grinding, pulp conditioning, cyanide leaching, carbon adsorption, elution electrowinning and gold refining. It adopts an integrated circuit design where every processing section is precisely matched in capacity and operating rhythm, realizing seamless connection from raw ore feeding to final gold output. This full-process integrated structure eliminates mismatched parameters and unstable operation caused by separate equipment assembly. Suitable for independent gold mining projects, the complete CIL line delivers standardized, systematic and one-stop gold extraction solutions with compact layout and high overall operating efficiency.
2. Working Principle
This integrated CIL production line operates through coordinated linkage of crushing, grinding and leaching adsorption circuits. Raw gold ore firstly enters the integrated crushing unit for staged particle size reduction to reach qualified granularity. After uniform fine grinding, the ore is made into stable fine pulp that meets leaching requirements. The prepared pulp is delivered to the CIL leaching and adsorption circuit, where cyanide leaching and activated carbon gold enrichment are carried out synchronously. Gold ions dissolved from ore are instantly captured by activated carbon to continuously promote sufficient leaching reaction. Through continuous pulp circulation and graded carbon enrichment, gold elements are fully accumulated on loaded carbon. After screening, the gold-loaded carbon enters the elution and electrowinning system for desorption, electrolysis and purification. The whole production circuit operates in closed-loop linkage, with each process section dynamically matching the previous and next procedures to achieve stable and continuous gold beneficiation.
