1. Product Description
The carbon pump and screen separation system is an essential core auxiliary unit for the entire gold CIP beneficiation process, specially designed for efficient separation and cyclic transportation of ore pulp and activated carbon. In the traditional CIP production line, pulp-carbon mixing unevenness and incomplete separation easily cause carbon accumulation, pulp backflow and gold adsorption efficiency reduction. This integrated system combines professional carbon transfer pumps and high-precision screening equipment, focusing on solid-liquid separation between activated carbon and cyanide pulp as well as stable carbon circulation delivery. It undertakes the key tasks of screening unloaded carbon, transporting loaded carbon and purifying circulating pulp in the CIP adsorption process. The system effectively removes residual fine carbon particles and impurities from the ore pulp, ensures clean pulp circulation, and realizes ordered and continuous carbon circulation. As the key circulating linkage device of the CIP plant, it guarantees the continuity and stability of the whole adsorption process and avoids production failures caused by pulp-carbon mixing disorder.
2. Working Principle
This system realizes automatic circulation and precise separation of pulp and carbon through the coordinated operation of carbon transfer pump and screening equipment. During the CIP adsorption process, the mixed medium of ore pulp and activated carbon is transported to the screening unit by the special carbon pump. Relying on the physical screening principle of different particle sizes between activated carbon and fine pulp particles, the screen equipment effectively separates large-particle activated carbon from fine ore pulp. The purified pulp without carbon particles flows into the next-stage leaching and adsorption process for continuous gold ion adsorption. The separated saturated loaded carbon is screened out and transported to the elution system for gold desorption treatment, while the qualified unloaded carbon returns to the adsorption tank for cyclic reuse. The carbon pump provides stable and low-loss power circulation for the whole material flow, avoiding carbon particle damage and pulp turbulence caused by improper conveying. The whole process forms a closed-loop working mode of continuous feeding, precise separation and cyclic reutilization, ensuring long-term stable pulp-carbon matching state in the CIP system.

The matching screen device adopts professional grading structure, which can thoroughly separate activated carbon and ore pulp. It eliminates fine carbon residue in circulating pulp and solves the problem of incomplete separation in traditional separation systems.

Equipped with dedicated carbon transfer pump, it realizes gentle material transportation. The structural design avoids excessive impact and friction on activated carbon, greatly reducing carbon breakage rate and carbon consumption, and saving production costs.

The integrated pump-screen coordination design ensures continuous and stable material circulation without blockage, pulp backflow or carbon deposition. It maintains the optimal dynamic balance of carbon-pulp ratio in the adsorption tank all the time.
