1. Product Description
The Complete Grinding Equipment Ball Mill for Mining EPC Engineering is a full-set standardized grinding system specially developed for mineral processing EPC general contracting projects. It adopts international mining engineering standards and integrates mechanical optimization, intelligent control and environmental protection design to meet the systematic and standardized construction requirements of modern mining projects. This complete ball mill equipment is suitable for large-scale grinding and monomer dissociation of iron ore, copper ore, gold ore, manganese ore and various polymetallic ores. The full-set system includes automatic feeding device, ball mill main unit, hydrocyclone closed-circuit classification system, intelligent PLC control cabinet, dust removal and noise reduction facilities and complete auxiliary equipment. It can be perfectly integrated into overall EPC project design, plant layout and process flow, providing stable, efficient and fully compliant core grinding equipment for global mining EPC engineering construction and renovation projects.
2. Working Principle
The complete ball mill grinding system adopts mature closed-circuit circulating wet grinding principle applicable for EPC engineering standardized production. Under the overall process layout of the EPC project, raw mineral ores are quantitatively and continuously transported into the ball mill through an automatic feeding system. Driven by a high-efficiency energy-saving and low-loss transmission system, the mill cylinder runs stably at an optimized engineering speed. Scientifically graded high-strength steel grinding media inside the cylinder generate stable impact crushing, extrusion refinement and friction fine grinding force under centrifugal force and wear-resistant lining friction. Bulk ores are fully refined and dissociated to separate useful minerals from gangue impurities. Qualified fine pulp is stably delivered to downstream beneficiation equipment. Unqualified coarse particles are screened by hydrocyclone classification equipment and automatically returned to the ball mill for cyclic re-grinding. The whole system realizes continuous, automatic, high-precision and low-consumption standardized grinding operation, matching the long-term stable operation requirements of mining EPC projects.
