1. Product Description

The Wet Type Ball Mill for Gold Ore Tailings Re-grinding & Recovery System is a professional fine grinding equipment specially designed for secondary utilization and resource recovery of gold mine tailings. Different from traditional primary grinding ball mills, this wet ball mill is optimized for fine particle re-grinding, fully dissociated residual fine gold, wrapped gold and unprocessed gangue minerals in tailings. It supports matched tailings recovery production lines, tailings environmental treatment and secondary gold enrichment projects. With precise fineness control, anti-abrasion structure and low-speed stable grinding performance, it effectively solves the problems of low recovery rate and resource waste caused by coarse tailings discharge. It can form a complete closed-circuit re-grinding and recovery system with classifiers and flotation equipment, realizing maximum resource utilization and economic benefit improvement for gold ore processing plants.

2. Working Principle

This professional wet ball mill adopts refined circulating wet grinding principle suitable for gold tailings secondary processing. Gold tailings materials are evenly and continuously transported into the mill cylinder through the feeding system. Driven by a stable energy-saving transmission system, the cylinder runs at optimized low-speed fine grinding parameters to avoid over-grinding. Scientifically proportioned ultra-fine steel grinding media produce gentle and uniform impact, extrusion and friction force aiming at fine tailings particles. The wrapped gold and dissociated gold remaining in the tailings are fully released through repeated precise re-grinding. Qualified fine pulp with liberated gold minerals is stably discharged and delivered to downstream separation and recovery procedures. Unqualified coarse tailings particles are screened by the classification unit and returned to the ball mill for cyclic secondary re-grinding. The whole closed-loop system realizes efficient, refined and low-loss recovery grinding of gold tailings resources.
